यशस्विनी हेल्थकेयर बीमा योजना के लिए पंजीकरण करने के लिए, एक व्यक्ति को पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया से कम से कम तीन महीने पहले ग्रामीण या शहरी सहकारी समितियों का सदस्य होना चाहिए। नया पंजीकरण और सदस्यता नवीनीकरण हर साल मई से जून तक किया जाता है।
- First of all, Visit https://sahakara.kar.gov.in/Societies&Associations.html.
- Thereafter, Click on the ‘Register for the Cooperative Society’ option.
- Next, click on the ‘Apply Online for Yeshasvini Health Card’ link.
- Now Enter all the details on the online registration form and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- After that, Once the submission is complete, you will get your User ID and Password.
- Now Go to the ‘Home Page’.
