Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Card Yojana (MP Sambal Card Scheme) was launched in 2018 by the Honorable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh state Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan to provide social security to crores of unorganized workers of the state. With this scheme, the citizens will be given the benefits of the schemes of different areas directly.

After the formation of the Congress government in June 2019, the name of this scheme was changed to “Naya Savera”. But later, after the formation of the Bharatiya Janata Party government, it was relaunched by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on 5 May 2020 under the name of Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Sambal Card Yojana (Sambal 2.0).

How to Register for Sambal Yoajan Online?

First of all, you have to go to the official website of Sambal Card 2.0 at sambal.mp.gov.in.
After this, you will see the option of “Apply for Registration” at the top, and you will have to click on it.
As soon as you click, a new page will open in front of you, in which you will have to enter the overall ID and the family ID.
After this, you have to fill in the captcha code and click on the option of complete search.
Now a new page will open in front of you in which your Aadhaar card will be asked for. In this, you will have to enter your Aadhaar card information.
And after that captcha code has to be filled in. Now you have to click on Request OTP From Aadhar.
After this, an OTP will come on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card, which you will have to enter in the OTP box.
After entering the OTP, click on the option “Authenticate and Start Aadhaar E-Kyc”.
Now your information will appear on your screen, after entering the captcha code, you will have to click on the option of Update Your Name As Per Aadhaar In Samagra.
Now your E-Kyc will be completed, after that, you have to click on OK.
Now your information will also be shown on your screen along with your photo, after that, you have to click on OK.
Now you will be asked for some information, which you have to fill out carefully and click on the option of Save Application.
Now you have to put a checkmark on the option of some conditions inside the box. And then click on the Save option.

First of all, you have to go to the official website of Sambal Card 2.0 at sambal.mp.gov.in.
Now the option of Beneficiary details will appear in front of you on the home screen, you have to click on it.
As soon as you click there you will have to enter your 9-digit Composite ID.
Thereafter, the dashboard of the beneficiary will open in front of you.
Now your information will appear in front of you.
An option to download and print the Madhya Pradesh Sambal Yojana card will appear in front of you.
