Health Cards are released by the Southern Nevada Health District. start-up in 2018, changes were made to the Health Card program. You are no longer required to complete mandatory online training for a fee before getting your card.

Same-day appointments on Wednesdays are a great way to receive or renew your Food Handler Safety Training Card before joining a new job. If you prefer to schedule for a future date or have the flexibility to do so, please consider scheduling on another weekday. Use our training materials to help you prepare for the test free of cost.
