Shri Narendra Modi has launched the scheme that is Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) and the scheme is overseen by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This scheme empowers vulnerable and poor families to get their health cards through which they can get free hospital treatment up to Rs 5 lakh per person. - Enter the Aadhaar card number and then enter OTP.
- Now proceed to the application form and enter the details.
- Upload documents and certificates to complete registration.
- Apply and wait for the approval from the authorities.
