- Visit the official BSKY website: bskynabin.odisha.gov.in
- Click on Apply for BSKY Nabin Card which is located prominently on the website.
- Application Page will be opened where you have to enter your details including your name and mobile number.
- As you enter the details, click on the Get OTP button. OTP will be sent to your number which is entered in the application form.
- Once your mobile number is verified, you will see a registration form on your screen.
- Enter the details that are being asked in the form including personal information, contact details, and other necessary information.
- After filling in all information, review the information that you have entered.
- Then click on the Submit/Apply button to complete the application process.
- A prompt will be shown that indicates that your application has been successfully submitted.

BSKY Nabin Health Card Application Status Check
- To check the application status, you have to click on the given link:

- As you click on the link, you will see a box in which you will have to enter your 16-digit Acknowledgement no.
- After entering the 16-digit acknowledgment no, click on Get OTP.
- OTP will be received on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and then you can check the NABIN Health Card Application Status.
BSKY Nabin Health Card Last Date to Apply

BSKY Nabin Health Card Eligibility Criteria
- BSKY NABIN Card’s benefits can be taken by only rural impoverished families who may not have access to adequate healthcare facilities.
