RGHS Card Download

RGHS Card: RGHS is a for-profit health insurance scheme for the beneficiary category including serving and retired employees of Ministers, MLAs, Ex-MLAs, All India Services, State Governments, and State Autonomous Bodies. All RGHS beneficiaries will be able to avail of the cashless medical facility on the basis of the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) package rates as per medical rules applicable for the respective RGHS category.

Who Are Eligible for RGHS Card?

  • Members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly
  • Ex-Members of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly
  • Serving AIS Officers
  • Retired AIS
  • Serving State Government employees
  • Pensioners and family pensioners under RCS (Pension) Rules, 1996
  • Serving employees of State Autonomous Bodies (SAB) including Boards, Corporations, etc. who were appointed prior to 01.01.2004
  • Serving employees of State Autonomous Bodies (SAB) including Boards, Corporations, etc. who were appointed on or after 01.01.2004

RGHS Card Benefits

RGHS Card Provides the following advantages:

  • OPD treatment
  • Cashless facility for IPD/Day Care services.
  • Test at Government and empaneled diagnostic centers
  • Family welfare, maternal and child health services

RGHS OPD Limit 2023

Cashless IPD/Day Care, OPD (up to Rs.20,000), Medical care facilities as per CGHS rates or other rates fixed by the competent authority.

  • Treatment up to 5 lacks per family on a floater basis.
  • Additional expenses related to catastrophic illness are up to Rs.5 lakh per family.
  • Traveling Allowance for journeys undertaken for medical treatment as per TA rules in force.
  • Ambulance Charges.

RGHS e-Card Download Kaise Kare?

RGHS e-Card can be downloaded through the SSO ID. Therefore, all the officers and govt employees who are going to download RGHS eCard then you must have SSO ID otherwise you would not be able to download your RGHS E-Card. If you have SSO ID then go with the following Instructions.

  • First of all, log in with your SSO ID.
  • Thereafter, Click on “Active Apps” and Search “Health” in the search box.
  • Click on the Rajasthan Government Health Scheme” Icon.
  • After that, Click on the ” Benificiery Module”
  • Click on the ” RGHS E-CARD” Option.
  • You can save it and may also take printouts.

RGHS e-Card Download Without SSO ID

If you don’t have an SSO ID and want to download RGHS E-Card without SSO ID. then it could be a little tricky for you. Therefore, here we are recommending creating an SSO ID. It will be safe and convenient to download RGHS E-CARD.

RGHS E-Wallet

Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS) E-Wallet manages beneficiaries’ health expenses during the claim process. The claim settlement process will be on the IT platform of RGHS through the RGHS Portal and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of each beneficiary will be maintained in the e-wallet of the RGHS card holder.
