Bermuda Travel Authorization Form

Bermuda Arrival Card 2023: Beginning November 14, 2022, a travel authorization will no longer be required to enter Bermuda. Beginning November 14, visitors to Bermuda (arriving by air or boat) do not need to apply for travel authorization. In its place, the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) will redintegrate the Bermuda Arrival Card, a digital form for visitors only, that it had before the start of the pandemic. All visitors must have either a COVID-19 NAAT (PCR, LAMP, or TMA) test no more than 4 days before arrival (if traveling by air) or before departure (if traveling by sea) OR a Supervised Antigen test no more than 2 days before arrival (if traveling by air) or before departure (if traveling by sea). However, only the COVID-19 NAAT
the test is accepted for unvaccinated visitors.
