To apply for an Aarogyasri card in Telangana, Use the following instructions.

First of all, Visit the official Aarogyasri Telangana website and click on the “New Enrollment” tab.
Thereafter, Fill in the required personal and family details in the online application form. You will need to provide proof of identity and residence.
Now Upload scanned copies of required documents including proof of identity, proof of residence, and proof of income (if applicable).
After that, Submit the application form and wait for the completion of the verification process.
